At Monos, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and protective liners are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
